Safety and Hygiene Standards

Room Hygiene:

  • Availability of liquid soap dispensers and soap bars in all guest wash rooms.
  • Change and use of clean room linen every two days or on guests request.
  • Availability of face masks and gloves for guests use on guest’s request.
  • Phenolic disinfectants to be used for hotel cleaning.

Indoor Sanitization:

  • Guest temperature check at all entry points. Guest’s temperature above 99.1 Degree F will be refused entry and redirected to a medical facility.
  • Phenolic disinfectant sanitization of all public area frequently.
  • Travel history record of all guests as per government guidelines.

Food and Dining:

  • Safety protection masks, gloves and caps to be worn by staff while serving and interacting with guests.
  • Table and seating arrangements as per social distancing.
  • Sanitization of kitchen supplies before usage.

Staff Training:

  • Practise social distancing while interacting with guests in the hotel premises.
  • Safety protection masks, gloves and caps to be worn by staff at all times while attending to guest requests.
  • Staff temperature checks twice a day.
  • Staff training on hand hygiene and respiratory etiquettes every week.
