Children Policy

1 child from age 1 to 10 years can be accommodated in the room without an extra bed @ INR 500 + GST including Breakfast.

2 Children from age 1 to 10 years can be accommodated with Extra persons charge of 25% of the room rent + GST including Breakfast.

BOOKING AND REFUND POLICY

  • All guests must be of at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in at the Hotel
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to Government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
  • The identification proofs accepted are Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License and Voter ID card. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID Card.
  • Advance taken at the time of reservations is strictly non-refundable.
  • Non resident guests are not allowed inside the rooms. In case you want to invite someone, you can meet with them in the common areas.
  • Guest are responsible for their own personal belongings.
  • Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
  • Right to admission is reserved.

BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY

  • Extension of the stay would be provided on current room rates and are subject to availability.
  • Current room rates may be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled 2 weeks in advance full refund.

If cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance no refund.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

  • Standard Check-In time is 02:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out time is 12:00 PM
  • Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is subject to availability & Chargeable and discretion of the Hotel.
  • However please feel free to hang around in our common areas during that time.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s standard terms and conditions of stay.
  • The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
  • The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
  • The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.0
